What if my player does not make a tournament team?
Come to our practice player night! This a great time for your player to perfect their skills. Consult the calendar for date and time information. The cost for a practice player is $40 a month and will require a practice player contract to be signed.
What is the club fee?
The club fee for the season is $950.
Do I have to pay everything up front?
No. You may do monthly installments after a $550 down payment, due by the FIRST PRACTICE. Then monthly payments of $100 due on the 1st of January, February, March, and April.
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made 2 ways. By payment box inside the gym or by bill pay. We encourage you to pay by check. Please make check payable to Utah Bounce Volleyball. The address for bill pay is 5012 S. 4300 W. Hooper, UT 84315. Please add the players names in the memo line so the account can be credited correctly. We ask that you DO NOT hand any payment to your coach!
What happens if I can’t make a payment?
Your payment is due on the 1st of each month and is late by the 7th.
Payments submitted the 8th-15th will be assessed a $10 late charge.
Payments submitted the 16th-23rd will be assessed a $20 late charge.
Payments submitted the 24th or after will be assessed a $30 late charge.
If you fail to submit a payment in the month due your player will be unable to play until payment in full has been made.
Late fees will be firm this year. Utah Bounce was relaxed on assessing late fees since it was the first year the accounts were monitored regularly. This will not be the case this year.
What if I am having financial difficulties one month?
If you are having financial difficulties please speak to Chicho, Winella, or Connie (Bounce manager) to make financial arrangements BEFORE your payment is due. We are happy to work with you and not charge late fees if you communicate with us and make a financial payment plan.

What do I do if my daughter is concerned about her playing time or is having a hard time understanding what her role is on her team?
We understand there is miscommunication sometimes and we want this to be a positive learning experience for all our players.
Please set up a time to meet one on one with your coach outside of practice or tournament day to talk with each other. Parents are welcome to come but in the meeting with your coach we would like the player to be the one to express her concerns.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, we then can set up a meeting with the coach, the administration, the player and parents to try and resolve the issue at hand.
How committed do I have to be?
Volleyball is a team sport so it is necessary to be to every practice and tournament game. Tournaments are generally 2 Saturdays a month and practices are 2 days a week for 1.5 hours. Missing practices and tournaments negatively affects all the players on the team as every player is needed to be successful. We do understand emergencies come up so please make sure and contact your coach before missing a practice or tournament.
What if I am going to miss or be late to a practice or tournament?
Please contact your coach directly as soon as you know.
